DV 2013 Entrants numbers expected to be low.

There is a big change is expected from the number of applicants who had applied for the DV-2013 American visa lottery program. This because the top application sending country Bangladesh natives are removed from the eligible list by the US State Department as they have reached the cut out limit as per their calculation based on the last 5 year's Immigrant to the USA.
In the 2010 held DV 2012 visa lottery program, nearly 15 million people did sent their E_DV entries in to the system from all over the world. In these eligible DV Lottery entries, nearly 7 million came from the Asian country Bangladesh. So for this DV 2013 American visa lottery program nearly 8 million people are expected to had submitted their E-DV entries making the total number to be half as the natives of Bangladesh are ineligible to participate in that program.

So far the eligible country name list for the DV 2014 is not published in the visa bulletin. So it was not known whether any other countries are included or made ineligible for the forth coming visa lottery program that is going to be held in this year 2012 for the fiscal year 2014.
Those countries with higher number of immigration to the USA are normally not included in the eligible country list to participate in the annual diversity visa lottery program held by the US Government.

Diversity Visa Program (DV-2013) Registration
The registration period for the United States Diversity Visa (DV-2013) Program begins Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at noon (EDT), and concludes on Saturday, November 5, 2011, at noon (EDT). For more information, review the Press Release and the DV-2013 Instructions. Entrants for DV-2013 are advised to submit their entries early in the registration period because excessive demand might slow down the system as the deadline nears. There is no charge for submitting an entry in the DV Program. The Department of State strongly encourages entrants to complete and submit their own entries. There is no need to use an agent or intermediary.
