BRAZIL, CANADA, CHINA (mainland-born), COLOMBIA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, ECUADOR, EL SALVADOR, GUATEMALA, HAITI, INDIA, JAMAICA, MEXICO, PAKISTAN, PERU, PHILIPPINES, POLAND, SOUTH KOREA, UNITED KINGDOM (except Northern Ireland) and its dependent territories, and VIETNAM. Persons born in Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan are eligible to participate in the American visa lottery program. People can check the DV Lottery instructions for the available alternative nativity claim methods. This DV 2012 program request applicants to provide their personal email address rather than their friends email or company emails. Without a valid email the E-DV application form will not be accepted. And the selected winners will be contacted through this email once their visa applications reach the KCC. Winners will not be announced through the provided email address.
