DV 2010 Ukraine

Ukraine is another country where lot of people does participate in the American green card lottery program. Ukraine natives used to win the most numbers of the American Green card lottery selection in the European geographical region. All the dependents of the DV lottery primary winner's dependants too must pay the visa fees for each of them and must accompany the winner at the interview even if they are not interested in immigrating to the USA.

If you submit all your documents in the proper manner and if they meet the requirements then it is no problem to get your visa other wise there may be delay to issue your visas.

Once you reached the USA you can apply for the green card which is officially called as LPR.

To apply for DV Lottery (DV-2013) you may use free Internet access at the following Centers:

• Library Electronic Access Project (LEAP) - 115 Internet centers have been opened in public libraries throughout Ukraine as part of the Project of the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy
• The "Window on America" Centers that are operating in the regional cities of Ukraine. Each Window on America Center is a partnership between the United States Government and a Ukrainian regional public library.
• The Internet Access and Training Program (IATP) is a program of the Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs (ECA), US Department of State, funded under the Freedom Support Act (FSA). IATP is administered by the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX).
• There are 24 Internet centers in different cities of Ukraine that are run by the IATP Project.
