The diversity visa fee is US$ 819 and if you have any dependants they all so must pay the visa fees for each of them.

Take note, that the visa fees are non refundable one for any reason that your visas are refused, you will not get any money that you had paid

At the interview you will be requested to submit your medical examination, Affidavit of support and other important documents and their certified translations, if they are not in English language.
