DV-2013 Diversity Visa lottery Program web site was kept open from Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at noon, EDT, (GMT-4), and was closed on Saturday, November 5, 2011, at noon, EST, (GMT-5) after allowing entrants to apply for a period of 32 days.
In this DV-2013 there are not much changes than the previous visa lottery DV-2012, except those Bangladesh natives are not allowed to participate in this green card lottery program while Poland and South Sudan natives were allowed to take part in this visa lottery program where 50,000 American immigrant visas are available for the fiscal year 2013.

The DV-2013 did allowed both single and married persons if they meet the eligibility requirements. Those married persons were requested to participate in the lottery along with their spouse and all their children who were not married and under the age of 21 years. As per the official rules, those children who had turned out 21 must apply alone as individual. Children who are LPR holders or citizen of the USA are not to be included in the DV Lottery application form.
Those spouses who have the eligibility requirements too were allowed to send one DV 2013 application form as primary applicant along with his/her spouse and eligible children. So an eligible couple did had the chance to send two entries for the dv2013 visa lottery program in the fiscal year program.
A primary applicant must be more than the age of 18 as to meet the educational requirements.
Education requirements for the DV2013 requests the applicant to have passed the high school degree or more after following junior and senior education for 12 years and should have successfully passed the examination with the compulsory subjects.
For work experience should have 2 years of experience within the last 5 years after studying/learning the skill for 2 years to perform it and it should be accepted by the American DOL. Most third world country people didn't succeed through the work experience at their interview.
Each applicant was requested to upload their individual digital photo files taken according to the instructions along with their personal in formation in the DV2013 application form. Married were requested to include his/her spouse and eligible children digital photo files. Group photos will not be accepted.
The 2013 DV Lottery application form was kept available for a period of 32 days only in the internet through the American Government's official web site.
Normally the application form must be filled and submitted back within the given 60 minutes time period. If you can't does it in the given time get a new application form and fill it and upload it in time. There is no fee for to download the form, fill it and submit it online.
DV-2013 Winners have to pay US$ 819 on the day of their interview date and must proof their eligibility to get their US Immigration visas when their case numbers are current.
