The DV-2008 entry registration period, was from October 4 2007 to December 3, 2006. It is now over. The web site which accepts the registration will open again for the next DV Lottery 2009 in the 2007 later period. For those who applied for the DV Lottery 2008, Winners were notified by regular mail between May 2007 to July 2007 with further instructions. Those who didn't receive the mail means that they are not selected.They can try the next DV Lottery. Those who don't get notification can applly for the next DV Lottery.
