How to Apply DV 2012 Green Card Lottery.

To Apply DV 2012 Green Card lottery, you must have a computer which is connected to the internet. Other wise you can use a computer in an Internet Cafe. Or you can Contact a Diversity Visa lottery submitting Company to submit an application for you, they may charge you a small service fee.

The Green card lottery application form will be available only in English. If you are an eligible person by birth country and education or work experience to apply for the DV Lottery 2012.

You will need the following things with you.

Important you can submit only one application form as primary applicant. If you don't get the submission confirmation you can resubmit it till you get the confirmation page.

A husband and wife can each submit an application with the other person's name if both of them meet the eligibility requirements. Whoever win and fulfill all the requirements, both are eligible to immigrate to USA. If both are selected the one with more qualification must process with the processing and the other must stop further processing

1. Your Full Name:- means in order your Last/Family, First Name, Middle name if have any.
2. If you have a passport already use the name as there in the Passport.
3. Date of Birth? Day, month, year of your date of birth
4. Your gender? You have to specify as male or female.
5. City where you were born? This is cited in your passport and in your Birth certificate.
6. Country where you were born? The Country of our Birth registered when you were born. If you were born in a ship or in an Airplane, Check in your birth certificate for the correct registered birth country.
7. YOUR COUNTRY OF ELIGIBILITY OR CHARGEABILITY FOR THE DV PROGRAM.
8. This is normally your birth country; if you were not born in an eligible country you can Eligibility of your parents or spouse's country for eligibility.
9. Your photo. See additional information of the Photograph.
10. Mailing Address (This where you will be notified if you are a winner with further instructions.)
11. In Care of (fill this, if another person or Institute will receive the mail on behalf of you.)

21. Take not winning notification will not be sent through e-mail.

23. Select any one of the 10 options according to your Educational Certificate.
24. MARITAL STATUS - Unmarried, Married, Divorced, Widowed, Legally Separated
25. Select one of the options from the list according to your Marital Status.
26. NUMBER OF CHILDREN: Declare the number of children. (you must Declare name, date and place of birth, a required format separate photo for all unmarried and under 21 of age natural children of yours including legally adopted children, step children, weather they live with you or not, and weather they want to immigrate with you or not.(do not include children who are already U.S. citizens or Legal Permanent Residents).

If you fail to include your spouse or any of your eligible child in the application you will be disqualified from the lottery.
