Ethopia. This Africa region country is eligible to send DV Lottery winners to USA. In DV 2007 lottery after the Egypt, Ethopia had the most winners.
As for the Ethopian born person, to enter the lottery

1. Their age must be more than of 18.

2. Applicants who have 10+2 is no more eligible to apply for the visa lottery. As per the new requirements people with 10+3 diplomas are eligible to apply and those with at least five passing grades on the 2003 Ethiopian Leaving Certificate Examination (ESLCE) or 12th grade and educational requirements of better than this would be acceptable.
OR
Two years of work experience within the past five years in an occupation requiring at least two years of training or experience to
perform. The U.S. Department of Labor’s O*Net OnLine database will be used to determine qualifying work experience.

3. You must have an image file to upload along with the entry according to the DV Instruction.

4. If you are married you must include your Spouse details and photo.

5. If you have eligible children, must include their details (in the order ) along with their photo.

If you are selected you will be notified by Postal mail to your address given in the entry form, along with further instruction,around May 2009 to July 2009.

There are nearly 3,500 visas are available for the Ethiopians under the DV 2010 program.
