Ethopia. This Africa region country is eligible to send DV Lottery winners to USA. In DV 2007 lottery after the Egypt, Ethopia had the most winners.
As for the Ethopian born person, to enter the lottery
1.Their age must be more than of 18..
2.Education must have an ESLCE with FIVE passing grades(A-D) or 20+ points per grade, OR
Completion of 10th grade, plus two or more years of vocational school,or
Graduation from an Ethopian Military School.
(Your grades can all be very Low, as long as you passed five or more subjects on the ESLCE Even All D's will count as long as you passed five or more subjects. Or four or more subjects on the 2003 ESLCE.)
OR
Two years of work experience within the past five years in an occupation requiring at least two years of training or experience to
perform. The U.S. Department of Labor’s O*Net OnLine database will be used to determine qualifying work experience.
3. You must have an image file to upload along with the entry according to the DV Instruction.
4.If you are married you must include your Spouse details and photo.
5. If you have eligible children, must include their details (in the order ) along with their photo.
If you are selected you will be notified by Postal mail to your address given in the entry form, along with further instruction,around May 2008 to July 2008.
