DV Lottery Winners List.
DV Lottery 2008 or dv 2009 lottery winner’s lists or name lists are not available in the internet.
Only those who are selected by the computer random draw will be notified by regular postal mail personally to their given address as in their submitted entries. The notification will contain further instruction and the visa fee information. Those who are not selected will not receive any notification.
Nepal and Albania post offices collect the mail addresses from the notification mails of the winners which they receive from KCC and publish them in the internet as their country winners. This will not apply to all counties.
So don't search for the name list, as it is waste of time.
Also the embassies or the consulates too don't have the winners name list. It is no use to call and disturb the information centers. All the notification will be sent by postal mail between May and July by regular postal mail only.
Other means like E-mail or Fax or telephone will not be used to announce the winners.
If you didn't receive any notification as diversity visa lottery winner in the mentioned period, you can apply for the next DV Lottery.
