DV 2009 Winners Visa bulletinHere is the visa bulletin for the month of September for the DV 2008 lottery visa. The above program will be closed on 30th of September 2008.Also you can find the visa bulletin for the month of October for the DV 2009.These bulletins give the advance notices for the winners to find out when their case numbers are going to be called for interview at the consular offices. The Second Letter or the visa interview notification will be sent to the winners 4-6 weeks prior to the interview from the KCC. They must follow the instructions and the instruction of the consular office where they are going to be interviewed.
